How To Pay
We accept payment with these credit or debit cards only:
Payment by credit or debit card must be made in full before we clean, otherwise we will reschedule. Please note that your payment is due the day before your scheduled cleaning. If there is a problem with the payment, we will contact you so you can arrange to pay with another card.
Cancellations and Lock Outs
We make every effort to keep every cleaning appointment we schedule. We request the same courtesy from our customers. Since we schedule weeks in advance, when an appointment is canceled, we are not able to substitute another cleaning appointment to fill that spot and lose revenues as a result. If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning visit, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Customers on a regular cleaning schedule are entitled to one cancellation per calendar year free of charge. Additional cancellations and no show/lock-out appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
No Shows and Lock-outs include instances when:
- a key is not left in a hidden location as previously arranged
- key codes are changed without notice
- you are not there at the time you arranged to let us in
The cancellation fee is due before the next scheduled cleaning appointment.
Lock-outs can be avoided by providing us with a key. Your key is tagged with a numbered code and kept in a secure lock box in our office.
Your Satisfaction is Important to Us
Cleaning your home is important to us. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If the quality of the service is not up to standard, call or email us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to correct the situation.
